Responsibilities
- Maintain all financial files.
- Provide help with the Food Voucher System.
- Prepare payment vouchers.
- Processing all the financial payments and control the expenditures.
- Doing weekly petty cash inventories.
- Providing support in preparing and controlling budgets.
- Providing assistance for the financial team in all matters regarding finance.
- Archiving the financial documents and checking them against TdH Italy's Internal Procedures.
- Keeping track of the financial documents (hard and soft copies) and storing these documents in a secure and easy to access areas.
- Undertake any other duties that may be requested by the line manager.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Businiss Administration or related field.
- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational and planning skills
- Computer skills, particularly with spreadsheets and calculation software.
