Specific Responsibilities: Professional and technical responsibilities – Community Centre/Mobile Team:
• Supervise/Support SARC for the Plan and design psychosocial activities within the program context with the PSS team.
• Supervise/Support the development of educational and training materials. Participate actively in the monitoring (based on indicators) and evaluation process.
• Provide Psychosocial counselling or self-learning for volunteers
• Provide on job/on-site capacity building for volunteers based on standards and manuals – supported by TdH-IT PSS expert
• Supervise the process of service mapping
• Technical coordination with SARC branch for the implementation and planning of the activities.
• Conduct evaluation for volunteers quarterly and share it with team leader and TdH management
• Monitor and evaluate the monthly plans of the staff by giving a regular feedback during the supervision sessions
• Support/supervise in the Planning, and organizing of semi-structured interventions that address work, study, recreation and social activities for beneficiaries.
• Modify activities and approaches as needed in order to comply with changes in beneficiaries’ status.
Management Responsibilities:
• Facilitate and promote teamwork throughout program implementation.
• Develop detailed action plan for the program
• Produce, in coordination with the team, a weekly and a monthly plan of activities
• Write a weekly and a monthly internal report.
• Follow-up and ensure submission of all reports to TdH-IT Management
• Keep abreast of psychosocial issues and programs
Internal and External Coordination:
• Actively participate in staff meetings and other ad-hoc meetings as requested by the project manager at the HQ

• BA or postgraduate MA or MS in Psychology or Counseling Psychology
• Minimum 1 year working experience in the field of psychology/psychosocial support

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Committed to working as part of a team
• Self-supporting in computers (Windows, Excel, Word)
• Minimum 1 year working experience in the field of psychology/psychosocial support
