Responsibilities
1. Act as operator, answer incoming calls, transfer calls to concerned staff or provide general information;
2. Receive persons of concern and direct them to the appropriate staff/unit with prioritizing the vulnerable cases;
3. Adopt tactful attitude to inform and convince persons of concern to accept unforeseen situations, such as waiting longer than expected, or accepting the cancellation of an appointment.
4. Update the scheduling system to ensure proper recording of appointments.
5. Report immediately on any security concerns occurred at the reception area.
6. Utilize office equipment (telephone, fax, computer) when necessary.
7. Participate in relevant trainings and attend meetings as required.
8. Perform any other related duties as required


Qualifications
-Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
-Minimum baccalaureate education level
-IT skills familiar with Word, Excel softwares
