1. Propose initial hiring plan and identify vacancies in coordination with concerned Units.
2. Prepare all earnings and deductions related to payroll elements on monthly basis.
3. Prepare monthly payroll accurately and timely and send it to Finance Unit as per the
predefined timeframe.
4. Handle and maintain proper implementation of benefits and compensation and ensure
timely payment for employees’ salaries.
5. Prepare end of year salary increase and bonus lists as per management instructions.
6. Handle processes related to employees’ registration or canceling from Social Security
(GOSI) as per the defined time frame.
7. Ensure
paying the monthly payments to the General Organization for Social Security
(GOSI).
8. Prepare the updated salaries report and submit to the General Organization for Social
Security (GOSI) after checking with Head of Section.
9. Calculate the financial dues of departing employees accurately and timely and send it to
HOS for checking.
10. Negotiate with end of service employees to pay due balance cases.
11. Conduct Training needs assessment (TNA) in coordination with HOUs.
12. Organize and follow-up orientation programs for new employees in coordination with
HOSs & HOUs and ensure the proper implementation of the orientation program. Might
be coordinator?
13. Send training invitations, follow-up course implementation, and gather course
evaluation from trainees to take the needed actions.
14. Investigate and follow up grievance cases and propose suggestions to concerned HOSs
and HOUs.
15. Answer employees’ inquiries on payroll related issues and handle received complaints.
16. Update and validate payroll related data on HR System.
17. Prepare and generate needed reports within section’s scope accurately and on time.
18. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in
achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate
objectives.
19. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of
knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
20. Contribute to the continuous improvement of company’s Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Banking and Insurance /
Accounting is required.
2. Experience: 1 Year of HR or relevant experience is required.
3. Professional Certification: PHRi / PHR is a plus.
