Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with MW HOS to distribute team to execute MW plan when needed.
2. Coordinate with back office engineers in other departments for shared tasks.
3. Follow up with customer tasks related to MW when needed.
4. Coordinate with the owners of sites when needed.
5. Check MW plan after receive it from customer and report to HOS.
6. Submit needed material request and transportation request via related systems.
7. Collect daily action reports from team and update related System.
8. Prepare and follow up tickets in invoicing system for all actions which done by MW team.
9. Evaluate new equipment, tools and materials related and feedback HOS.
10. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in
achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate
objectives.
11. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of
knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of ETS Quality Management System
