Responsibilities
1. Update applicants’ profiles by uploading received resumes on the related system,

define their source and avoid any duplication.

2. Categorize submitted CVs according to suitable professional area and eligibility criteria

3. Coordinate job announcement posting activities in all media and social media

channels.

4. Run & correct English and computer tests for candidates.

5. Arrange for candidates’ technical interviews with concerned HOUs and HOSs.

6. Conduct reference check with candidate’s previous employers to validate his/her

employment history and check for any ethical and/or behavioral issues.

7. Handle new recruits’ hiring process in terms of documents checking, contracts and

activation on system and inform concerned parties with new recruit’s starting date.

8. Handle new recruits’ arrangement “handset, business line, medical ID, welcome e-

mail, ETS ID and office items.

9. Check the appendix provided by medical & Life Insurance Company before sending it

to Finance Unit.

10. Prepare Labor Office related lists, such as new recruits monthly and bi-yearly lists.

11. Monitor the implementation of vacation, holiday and leaves policy.

12. Follow up medical claims on time and handle medical issues related to employees’ family

insured members.

13. Coordinate with banks concerning employees’ accounts registrations.

14. Maintain and implement employees’ access as per Access Rights Matrix on related

system.

15. Follow up end of service process and coordinate in arranging the final clearance for

departing employees.

16. Provide assistance by answering employees’ inquiries.

17. Update Human Resources Information System and maintain complete personnel

records.

18. Prepare and generate needed reports within section’s scope accurately and on time.

19. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in

achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate

objectives.

20. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork. 21. Contribute to the continuous improvement of company’s Quality Management System.

Qualifications
Education Bachelor degree minimum; preferable in Business Administration or HR specialization.
Experience Fresh graduate; preferable 1 year experience at least in Human Resources.
Professional Certification - S/PHR, CHRM-CP/SCP is a plus.
