Responsibilities
Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of organization's programs in Hassakeh through improving the coordination and implementation of organization Projects to reach PIN and achieve goals and objectives.
More specifically:
- Coordinate with local partners and NGOs to ensure the optimal implementation of organization's projects
- Follow up and monitor implementation of the projects in the governorate (Mobile outreach activities, Static Clinics, Women Safe Spaces, youth initiatives, trainings and workshops)

Qualifications
-Advanced degree in health, population, demography and/or other related social science field.
-Native speaker of Arabic with excellent oral and written skills, and working level of written and oral
English required.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
At least 5 year experience in program/project implementation
Experience on RH or GBV domain is desirable
Excellent and proven experience in dealing with local government and NGOS
Proficient in MS word and MS excel spreadsheet: PP. and Knowledge of MS Project in an asset
Good Social and communicative skills
Organized team worker
High sense of cultural sensitivity
