Responsibilities
The Field Programme Coordinator ensures the effective management of
Organization activities in the areas of RH, data and youth, with a particular focus on gender and GBV. S/he oversees project formulation, implementation,
monitoring, reporting and evaluation, joint programming initiatives,
humanitarian actions, as well as national and local development and
humanitarian frameworks. S/he will lead the Sub-office team in Qamishli and
will collaborate with the CO’s technical/programme and
operations/administrative staff.

Qualifications
Advanced university degree or equivalent professional experience in management, development and/or humanitarian-related studies and/or other related fields.
Specific Vacancy Requirements
Minimum five years professional experience in the field of programme/ project
management. Experience in humanitarian programming is an asset.
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic is required.
