Qualifications
- 1 years experience in real estate development and/or construction
project accounting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business
Administration or related field.
- Experience establishing and maintaining financial reporting and
tracking systems with commercial real estate development and
management.
- Sound experience in financial reporting and accounting principles
and practices utilized in controls of complex large scale real estate
developments.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to multitask and solve problems.
- Self-starter with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
