Responsibilities
Key Responsibility: Implement, and monitor Food Safety Management Systems according to written procedures, which include but not limited to:
- Receive and inspect the received goods.
- Conducting daily hygiene audit covering entire workplace, equipment, and personal hygiene.
- Ensure that all foods are consistently prepared and served according to the recipes and food safety standards.
- Responsible for training kitchen personnel in cleanliness and sanitation practices

Qualifications
