Responsibilities
- Inclusion Expert coordinate with MoE, local partner, and other actors in the targeted area to develop collaborative integration/inclusive educational action plan
- Supporting inclusive school’s systems, providing bespoke resources and training teachers to continue their work
- Strengthening inclusion and narrowing the gaps of including PWDs in the educational process.
- Increasing social mobility and building a more inclusive society.
- Evaluate the progress in learning and the learning abilities of the beneficiaries and PWDs.
- Ensure that the resource room is well equipped and matching the needs of PWDs in the schools.
- Supervise the project of awareness training on children’s right and on the importance of education and positive discipline among the target population;
- Analyze technical added-value and project impact; set up technical evaluation exercises during and following implementation
- Develop a paper concerning educational tools, best practices and way of implementation of education in emergency activities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any of the following field: Education, Health, Sociology, Social Work or related Social Sciences field;
- Work experience in the education sector;
- Experience in working in an international environment;
- Proven ability to:
- - Handle multiple tasks under pressure with short deadlines;
- - Ability to work independently, seeking guidance on complex issues;
- - Excellent interpersonal skills, proven team orientation and the ability to work across unit boundaries;
- Experience in working with NGOs and Government Ministries considered as advantage;
- Knowledge of spoken English, with computer skills in MS office programmes.
