Responsibilities
1. Contribute in the development of Syriatel advertising image with regards to concepts,
flashes/videos and designs.
2. Discuss with request’s owner and Creative section the concept, look and feel of the
motion design and determine the message that the design should portray.
3. Interpret concepts and ideas into motion designs and videos that satisfies approved
Storyboard received from Creative section to be used in Syriatel advertisements and
events to deliver Syriatel message to all customers.
4. Prepare draft of motion designs (first submission) based on an agreed Storyboard,
suggesting improvement if required considering deliver message creatively.
5. Present motion designs for owner feedback, amend final design according to owner
comments and incorporate changes recommended.
6. Review motion designs before publishing in terms of titles, music, animation, narration
and quality.
7. Keep and maintain submissions and approved motion designs on shared folder.
8. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in
achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate
objectives.
9. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of
knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Fine Arts/ Graphic Design
2. Experience: 1 year of Graphics/Video design experience is required
