1. Coordinate with Personnel Section to define new recruits group training starting date.
2. Arrange and follow up the implementation of new recruits group training program in terms of schedule, classroom reservation and sending invitations to trainers in Customer Service and Marketing & Sales Departments.
3. Enroll new recruits group on Human Resources Information System.
4. Follow up new recruits group training programs attendance and escalate abnormal cases to the concerned parties.
5. Prepare new recruits group quiz, update quiz on a quarterly basis and provide concerned parties Management with feedback.
6. Prepare and follow up all reports related to new recruits group training and send them to the concerned parties.
7. Check Section Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
8. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
