Responsibilities
-Providing legal advice
-Develop a list of required and necessary legal documents proving ownership
-Receive the ownership or property documents of the beneficiaries from the
project manager, review and revise all documents;
-Verification of properties documents in terms of:
o Validity
o Date of validity
o Completion of documents
o Other requirements
-Develop a set of recommendations for workshops owners if there is a shortage of documents
-Formulation of pledge documents which be signed by beneficiaries stating that they will undertake to use the raw materials and equipment for the purposes given to them;
-Supervise the process of receipt and signature of the pledge by the beneficiaries.

Qualifications
University degree in law.
Specific Vacancy Requirements
-At least eight years relevant experience in providing legal services;
-Has previous experience in a similar project with UNDP
-In-depth knowledge of the legal specific documents needed for proving
property
