Responsibilities
1. Review all design documents as received from owner.
2. Prepare needed survey documents (Layout, Site Request, etc.) according to customer
requirements.
3. Receive and check consultant reports
4. Follow up
subcontractor during construction process.
5. Supervise and control the implemented quantities by contractor.
6. Doing required Acceptance with Customer per each construction phase before to move
to the next phase.
7. Perform & Follow up “Acceptance Work” and “Extra work” actions with subcontractor
upon actual work on date and time.
8. Attend & accept all concrete casting works on site to insure compatibility with
requirements.
9. Follow up curing period for all concrete works.
10. Check and perform civil acceptance for all metallic structure.
11. Check & accept the verticality test for all towers & monopoles.
12. Follow up all fiber-optic layout works as requested.
13. Submit & accept the actual quantities for all performed works.
14. Prepare the needed As Built upon request from HOS/ Manager.
15. Arrange routine reports after each site visit
16. Report all reserves to the HOS as detected.
17. Follow up the time schedule for all ongoing projects and submit progress reports to
HOS
18. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in
achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate
objectives.
19. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of
knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
20. Contribute to the continuous improvement of ETS Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering.
2. Experience: 1 Year experience in Civil Engineering is a plus.
