Responsibilities
1. Planning:
o Provide related input and support in the planning process led by the center coordinator for the career coaching and counseling in particular and to the center’s plan in general.
2. Career Coaching and Counseling
o Organize and deliver individual career counseling sessions targeting youth aim at identifying their preferences, personal qualifications and characteristics, experience, needs, strengths and weaknesses considering the local context, labor market updates and training and educational possibilities.
o Draw, as a result of the career counseling sessions, individual career path, identifying the relevant skills, training requirements, and potential opportunities.
o Link youth individually, based on their career path, with labor market.
3. Approach Labor Market:
o Suggest and assist the VT and Continuous Education officer in planning approaching labor market training including job search assistance, curriculum vitae writing, job interview technics and self- promotion.

4. Employability Skills:
o Planning, organizing, and implementing employability skills training including communication, teamwork, planning and organizing and self-management.
o Organize targeted youth participation in local and regional job fairs.
5. Networking:
o Plan and carry out continuous networking with potential private sector employers to allow job seekers learn about job opportunities and to identify vocational and skills competencies required in the labor market.
o Provide targeted youth with access to a wide range of available job opportunities, advertisements and vacancies and assist youth in signing up for job fairs.


6. Database:
o Manage the centers beneficiaries database that captures related information about their qualifications, services received, and skills acquired through the center and their employment status.
7. Post Service Follow-up:
o Plan and carry out post-service follow up of center’s beneficiaries to ensure their participation in labor market for at least six months.
o Plan and organize employment support workshops under different topics.
8. Monitoring and Evaluation:
o Analyze the data captured in the center’s database about the beneficiaries in order to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of provided services and the potential future development of these services.
o Provide continuous regular inputs assisting in identifying skills needs assessment, designing short term vocational and skills courses and continuous education programs.
o Provide continuous regular inputs assisting in identifying entrepreneurial skills assessment and in designing related skills.
o Submit monthly progress reports to the center’s coordinator providing elaborated details about progress against the career guidance plan and achievements against targets. As well it should highlight challenges and obstacles.


Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree in management, Administration or Business-related fields.
-Strong communication skills
-Relevant computer skills

Specific Vacancy Requirements
-At least 3 years of professional experience in business planning and management related areas.
- Relevant experience in human resources management and development is an asset.
-Eight months with possibility of extension
