Responsibilities
- Coordinate, monitor and provide technical support in the project activities implementation at university level
- Prepare monthly Project report and action plan for next phase, compile Project Progress Report (progress against planned activities, update on Risks and Issues, expenditures)
- Compile final project report (lessons learnt, difficulties, challenges, etc..)
- Document case stories and best practices for learning and sharing Strengthen partnership for the success of the project and mobilize resource for scale-up and replication of best practices/achievements
in addition to
- Project Coordination at university level.
- Project activities planning and implementation at university level.
- Capacity Building and knowledge Management.
- Continuous communication with UNDP field, university management and team.
- Follow up project activities at university level

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years (for BS degree) or 2 years for (master or above degree) of working experience in project management, project coordination, preferably with UN organizations.
- Strong coordination and activities planning & M&E experience and close working experience with universities domain
- Demonstrated experience in team management, coordination and coaching is required
- Experience in creating and managing performance monitoring plans and leveraging performance monitoring data for improving ongoing project management
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal and motivational skills as well as the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- A BS (or above), in, Development Studies, Development Management, Project Management, engineering or other related fields to the post
