Responsibilities
Setting the best recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates
Posting job openings;
Gathering information on new applicants;
Assisting in screening and rating of applicants;
Scheduling and setting dates for interviews;
Running background checks on potential candidates as well as verifying their references;and following up with successful candidates.
Assisting with the new hire process:
Opening up a new file for newly hired employees;
Assist in any task related to HR Department as per requested

Qualifications
• Bachelor degree Business Administration or English Literature university graduate.
• One-year experience Minimum
• Very Good command in English
• Very good communication skills.
• Very good in MS office.
