Qualifications
Education:
 B.S. degree in Computer Science or Information Technology preferred or equivalent
 Certifications: preferred to have IT certificate in one or more of the following:
 MCITP / CompTIA A+ / Network+ / Security+ / CCNA / MCDST / Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate MCSA / ITIL.
 Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years full-time Help Desk Support experience
- Working knowledge and experience with MS windows OS, MAC OS, mobile devices, set up and troubleshooting, Windows desktop security best practices, Active Directory, MS Outlook, wireless networking, remote access/VPN, Microsoft Office, IT hardware/software troubleshooting, Virtualization.
