Responsibilities
To be responsible for technical implementations, operations and ensuring highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical of enterprise systems.
The job holder is accountable for all installation, configuration and maintenance of systems, storage configuration and administration for company clients using latest technologies and employing innovative ideas to improve the system architecture and harden security.
1. Perform daily and weekly backup as per backup procedure, and ensure that backup logs are accurate and updated.
2. Monitor system's performance and availability and analyze history reports through Network Management system, and immediately respond to any alarm.
3. Assure that virus definitions are updated on all systems on a daily basis.
4. Deploy system patches and security updates based on Laboratory verification.
5. Provide third level support to users as per Help desk escalation procedures.
6. Document systems configuration and maintain logs for maintenance action.
7. Test and evaluate new products as per requested.
8. Create / Modify and delete accounts.
9. Provide Network and Internet access.
10. Research for solution and new technology to improve system administration tasks performance and response.
11. Troubleshoot, and resolve or correct systems problems in coordinating with system supervisor.
12. Install, configure and implement new systems according to plans and procedures.

Qualifications
o Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in companies with IT department.
o Microsoft Windows 2008/2012.(Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WINS, File server Management, DFS, IIS, MSCS, NTFS, Hyper-V )
o Microsoft Exchange server 2010 /2013/2016, Microsoft TMG
o Storage ( RAID levels, Mirroring Concepts, LUN allocation, SANs, NFS, ISCSI,)
o VMware ( Creating VM’s, Templates, Cloning process, VMFS, Orchestrator, V-Motion, Port Groups, HA, DRS, VDR )
o Enterprise Backup Solution like (Symantec Net Backup, Yosemite Server Backup, HPDB, Acronis)
o Replication and monitoring tools (sites / servers replication solutions).
o Knowledge in servers, storage hardware brands and models to do the hardware sizing.
o Ability to communicate technically with other team members.
MCSA , MCSE, MCITP, ITIL, and Security certificates is a plus.
