Project coordinator for conservation agriculture is responsible for the direction,
coordination, implementation, executive, run the project on a day-to-day basis, control and delivering and completion of project:
1- Planning:
-Develop a planning mechanism to ensure an efficient and effective achievements of the project objectives, and the key project indicators and meeting project deadlines
- Create schedule and project timeline
2. Implementing:
- Manage day-to-day project implementation and overall coordination of project outcomes.
- Ensure supervision of the project personnel and ensure effective communication and coordination between the project staff and the UNDP office.
- Conducting field visits to the work sites to see the progress of the work of the project and in all its aspects
- Ensure timely preparation and compilation of the project work plan
- Ensure the quality of outputs and results with optimal monitoring mechanisms; establish effective coordination, monitoring, information sharing and reporting systems.
3. Monitoring progress and Reporting:
-Track deliverables and ensure that the project is meeting what initially planned
-Determining the cause of deviations from the plan
- Submit progress monthly reports also final report providing details about progress against the project plan and achievements against the project targets, challenges and obstacles faced or may be faced and update on the project risk and how to treat it and take corrective actions to address deviations after consultation with UNDP office
4. Quality and Satisfaction:
- Ensure to deliver to the beneficiaries what they expected or better and make sure that they’re satisfied with the results as planned and get their feedback
5. Networking:
-Promote networking and knowledge sharing through continuous coordination with lstakeholders including local community representations, community leader and beneficiaries
6. Communication Plan:
-Coordinate with communication and support them as required to document project activities with photos

Having at least 3 years field experience
- Minimum knowledge and experience in conservation agriculture (CA) is needed
- Minimum knowledge of agro-machinery operations is needed
-Specialized in field crops, agronomy, agricultural engineering or general agriculture
