Responsibilities
Under the overall direction of the Area Manager, and in close coordination with the Area associate, He supports the implementation of project’s activities in addition to monitoring and reporting on implemented initiatives insuring implementation of activities in line with UNDP rules and regulations, planned targets, budgets, and time frames, and as instructed by the Area Manager.
- In coordination with project and partner team, collect the baselines of the
beneficiaries and project activities for rehabilitation of Plant nursery in Quneitra.
- Follow up of rehabilitation and distribution according to work statements and
contracts.
- Develop a monitoring plan and forms to track projects’ activities, including site visits, interviews of beneficiaries and stakeholders etc.
- Support Technical officer and project manager for tracking progress against key indicators at the monthly basis.
- Alert Area Associate & Area Manager for any potential misconduct or aberration of the projects as it on the project document.
- Reporting to the area manager and Area Associate through Bi-monthly reports and final report to monitor the impact of the project on beneficiaries and the community.
-Collect the human-interest stories with photos from activities and share it with Area Associate & Area Manager.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Specific Vacancy Requirements
-Three years of operational experience
- Experience in agriculture projects and in participatory community actions is an asset.
- Previous experience in working with institutions of agriculture.
