Responsibilities
1. Follow up the deployments of new radio sites and renewable energy systems with all parties and ensure the completion according to the scheduled plan and update related database.
2. Follow up with concerned parties the assigned rollout -project according to the required scope and deadline.
3. Ensure receiving the rollout prerequisites and monitor the needed equipment availability for rollout plans.
4. Coordinate and follow up daily progress of radio sites rollout with all involved parties from Syriatel and contractor after receiving radio site design from Radio Section in all areas and update related radio sites info database on site level accordingly.
5. Coordinate and follow up radio sites swap progress with all involved parties from Syriatel and contractor after receiving swap plan in all areas.
6. Review the proposed renewable energy systems received from Maintenance Service Desk Section from logistics point of view before proceeding with renewable energy system implementation.
7. Prepare weekly plan for new radio sites and renewable energy systems after coordinating with the concerned to ensure readiness and availability of resources and send it to the involved parties for implementation.
8. Prepare new radio sites and renewable energy systems situation report and send it to the parties participating in the rollout process and Network Service Desk Support Section.
9. Follow up the renewable energy systems macro plan (power solution yearly target and distribution) implementation.
10. Monitor contractor service performance against rollout service level agreement and prepare related reports.
11. Solve customers' complaints in terms of new modifications in radio sites or renewable energy systems.
12. Follow up transportation for materials transferred from site to site in coordination with Distribution Section and concerned in Technical Department and prepare the needed report.
13. Follow up and prepare weekly report for radio hardware modification status and send it to contractor and Radio Section.
14. Create and update Rollout Dashboard report.
15. Maintain SMIS (Sites Management Information System) database updated.
16. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
17. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
18. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor Degree in Telecom/Electrical/ Electronic Engineering is required.
2. Experience: 1-2 Years Technical Experience is a plus, Preferably in Telecom.
