1. Cordially acknowledge receipt of suggestions from concerned stakeholders and keep them informed with the status of the suggestion.
2. Categorize and organize received ideas and suggestions from stakeholders and maintain proper records to enable tracking inputs and readily retrieve records.
3. Conduct preliminary assessment of the new suggestions in coordination with concerned stakeholders and send results to Innovation Ideas Specialist.
4. Organize focus group meetings with concerned stakeholders to discuss problem resolutions and follow up the implementation of the proposed corrective actions.
5. Gather feedback from concerned stakeholders regarding the benefits and detriments of the realized ideas and report to Innovation Ideas Specialist.
6. Follow up the progress of the valid suggestions till the completion phase.
7. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
8. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree, Preferably in Business Administration.
2. Experience: 2 Years of MR & SL/ CS Experience in Telecom is required.
