Responsibilities
1. Contact bad debt customers through phone calls / social media applications when needed.
2. Persuade bad debt customers to reactivate their disconnected lines after settling their dues.
3. Recommend solutions that optimize the bad debt recovery process.
4. Inform nominated bad debt customers before publishing their names in newspaper or take any legal actions against them .
5. Provide bad debt customers with information about some services that may help in avoiding future debt as Boutique concept
6. Provide support by calling a specific segment of customers defined by HOS and present some offers when needed.
7. Enter and update the data after following up the bad debt recovery on credit collection management system (CCMS) to ensure updated and accurate database.
8. Support in handling the routine operational tasks from all over the Sections related to Credit & Collection Unit
9. Check Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
