1. Identify and prospect innovative services and business opportunities to support new
revenue growth for premium services.
2. Prepare evaluation forms, business cases and product descriptions for all new services
related to service providers.
3. Check the feasibility of new services, participate in developing its best design and assist
in managing and monitoring the implementation within timeline.
4. Set the plan for budgeted services promotion plan and prepare literature for promotion
and follow up its implementation.
5. Prepare the service marketing brief form, identify the needed media tools & coordinate
with the communication unit to have all media plan elements ready before launching.
6. Review visuals, literature, brand name and slogan related to premium services and
provide recommendations to direct line of authority.
7. Prepare SYTRA letters of new services and services cancelation.
8. Ensure the services readiness before the launch in coordination with concerned entities.
9. Send new services descriptions and details to Customer Service department before
launching and continuously coordinate with front liners to provide the proper feedback to
customers .
10. Build and maintain good business relations with service providers and coordinate with
them regarding new services proposals, problem, and complaints …etc
11. Handle customers' complaints received by Customer Service effectively and timely as per
related policies and procedures, and provide a complete and accurate feedback with the
proper solution.
12. Maintain support and improve existing services in coordination with service providers
13. Monitor and control the existing premium services’ performance through traffic monthly
report, complaints and customers feedback and recommend enhancement plan.
14. Test new services, monitor services content in terms of quality, quantity and timing, and
recommend services termination.
15. Update Syriatel short codes database and revenue sharing system
16. Send the list of Short codes to MIS and Revenue Assurance unit on monthly basis.
