1. Prepare weekly visit plan to public sector customers , conduct visits accordingly, report daily visits information to Head of Section and register data on the related System.
2. Respond quickly and efficiently to all public sector customers in-coming inquiries and follow up all requests to ensure proper handling and timely response in coordination with Service Desk Unit and give after-sales support when requested.
3. Communicate with public sector customers in a courteous manner, respond to their complaints promptly and register them on the related system with all details and information to be solved by the concerned unit.
4. Follow up all unpaid invoices related to public sector customers that are reported from the concerned entity to ensure proper closing and solving according to related procedure.
5. Promote and sell Syriatel products , services and offers to public sector customers in a professional manner .
6. Generate reports according to MR&SL-list of reports and maintain high level of accuracy within the preset frequency and deadline.
7. Search for new customers from the public sector to achieve preset target of opening new public sector accounts and review them with public sector Sales Head of Section.
8. Maintain and enhance customer relationships and satisfaction through involvement in the community events and by acting as an extension of the field sales force .
9. Monitor, collect, and escalate any new information regarding market situation and competitors offers to Head of Section.
10. Conduct market surveys to anticipate the public sector customers' needs and participate in developing marketing strategies that identify retention and growth opportunities .
11. Suggest new services and solutions to fulfill customer's needs .
12. Coordinate with Corporate Solution Specialist in Marketing & Sales Department for new services launching, promoting and training .
13. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
14. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
15. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

2. Experience: 2 Years Commercial Experience is required.
