Responsibilities
1. Conduct training sessions for all in-house research projects task force (telemarketing team and face to face part-timers) before launching any research project in a clear & comprehensive approach.
2. Create questionnaire & transfer survey objectives clearly & effectively into questions by creating both statistical and research questions.
3. Monitor telemarketing calls with customers during data collection phase parallel with Telemarketing Section to maintain a high quality calls.
4. Prepare and send ”mistake report” to Marketing research Head of Section for checking before sending to Telemarketing section in order to avoid resulted teams’ mistakes and take corrective actions.
5. Handle all surveys stages from data-collection phase till delivering the conclusions effectively to the requester.
6. Execute surveys office work correctly & efficiently (editing, coding and data-entry…etc).
7. Analyze the collected data correctly and smartly by using statistical software such as QPS and SPSS (drawing charts and cross tables).
8. Illustrate data graphically and translating complex findings into written text, then Prepare the final report and write down conclusions & recommendations in a clear, direct and logical way.
9. Follow up all e-mails, correspondences and needed actions related to the assigned research project before, during and after delivering the surveys.
10. Organize qualitative focus-groups sessions as the main data-collection approach to formalize relevant finding and info baseline.
11. Handle any out-source survey conducted via external research providers or consultant as per Research Head of Section instructions.
12. Recommend marketing-research taskforce (face to face part timers) remuneration (gifts, perfumes, SIMs…etc.).
13. Archive and maintain the records of each research project/study on related system as per GM Index of records
14. Prepare budget & delivery date estimation for each research project.


Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree preferably in Business Administration/ Economics/ Statistics.
2. Experience: 1-2 Years CS/Marketing Experience is plus, Preferably in Telecom
3. Professional Certification: N/A

1.4 SPSS/ QPS: Good is plus
