Responsibilities
1. Assist in the preparation of the “Yearly Master Coverage Plan by collecting all needed
information from concerned, and then send the results to the Head of Sites’ Data
Analysis Section for review.
2. Coordinate with Technical, Finance and Procurement Dept. to get the equipment CAPEX
and OPEX and add them to the Master Coverage Plan regularly.
3. Follow up and update the sites’ and power supplies status (survey, negotiation,
construction…etc.) in coordination with the concerned units on a daily basis in order to
avoid any delay in sites launching and in customer satisfaction.
4. Follow up the “Master Coverage Plan” process by conducting regular meetings with all
related entities to ensure a full commitment of the plans implementation, in addition to
agree upon updating, canceling, freezing or adding new radio sites.
5. Monitor the timeline “Sites” and “Power Supplies” progress in order to avoid revenue
loss and prepare statistical reports showing the status which is within / exceed its time-
frame and the reasons behind each delay.
6. Follow up the implementation of the rollout weekly plan and report the reasons behind
each delay.
7. Assure coverage continuity by verifying that all Syriatel sites have power solutions and
by following up sites (with their routes) that don’t have power supplies to recommend
the appropriate solutions or any other power technologies suggested by Technical.
8. Assure that any new outdoor radio design is accompanied with a renewable energy
survey (solar / wind).
9. Coordinate with Procurement and Finance departments and assure that sites’ owners are
receiving their checks on time.
10. Assure customer satisfaction by handling and following up power complaints as per
related process and report any delay to the Head of Section to take the corrective
actions.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree preferably in Economics / Statistics.
2. Experience: 1-2 Years Relevant Experience is required, Preferably in Telecom
