1. Assist in the development of the annual roaming agreements rollout plan.
2. Initiate contact with roaming partners and roaming service providers in order to accomplish duties and responsibilities.
3. Prepare SyTRA letter in coordination with concerned departments/units when needed and coordinate with Regulatory and Governmental Affairs Unit to get the needed approvals.
4. Handle the full cycle of finalizing new roaming agreements (GSM, CAMEL “Customized Applications for Mobile networks Enhanced Logic”, DATA, 2G, 3G, 4G, etc.) in terms of (Negotiation - evaluation - coordination for Technical & Billing testing) and ensure the successful commercial launch.
5. Handle the logistics of mutual exchange of the hard copy of roaming agreements and all annexes between Syriatel and other operators, and archive according to index of records.
6. Handle the logistics mutual exchange of test SIM cards and the related data between Syriatel and other operators, and the internal distribution to the concerned departments within Syriatel.
7. Monitor the Monthly usage of Syriatel and other operators roaming test SIM cards & report to relevant parties and management.
8. Update the prepaid tariff for out bound prepaid roaming, follow up the implementing in coordination with concerned parties.
9. Receive service providers’ invoices and verify them with concerned dept.
10. Follow up on roaming invoices issues with roaming partners when needed.
11. Maintain the content of Welcome SMS and Bon Voyage SMS.
12. Handle the tracking of all updated information received from roaming partners, ensure the continuous update of roaming database on the relevant application, and follow up the external updates with the related departments.
13. Coordinate with the Network Quality Assurance Unit to ensure the quality of coverage on red carpet cells such as borders, airports and important areas to maximize inbound roaming revenue and follow up the corrective actions.
14. Ensure implementing roaming fraud preventive processes (HUR “High Usage Report”, NRTRDE “Near Real Time Roaming Data Exchange” …etc.) through coordinating between operators and concerned departments within Syriatel.
15. Identify, solve, and follow up all roaming operational problems received from Service Desk Support Section, operators, Revenue Assurance Unit or Network Quality Assurance Unit and check with concerned department or operator to ensure effective and timely resolution.
16. Provide concerned parties with complete and accurate feedback about the corrective and preventive actions applied to solve the complaints and keep records.
17. Ensure that Syriatel is compliant with GSM Association Recommendations & Standards, in terms of needed documentation and processes.
18. Prepare required reports timely.
19. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
20. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
21. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Economics.
2. Experience: 1year of CS/Marketing Experience is a plus
