1. Collect the needed information in order to analyze the market and participate in setting the roadmap.
2. Assist in the preparation of the yearly forecast of potential number of customers for each assigned data product per month in coordination with concerned parties.
3. Prepare feasibility study for each new project related to data products/offers before adding it to the yearly roadmap.
4. Come up with initial design for data products and offers according to the approved roadmap.
5. Prepare Executive Summary including full description, financial projections and launching date for each new project related to data products/offers in coordination with concerned parties.
6. Prepare detailed description for each new Product/ offer (ad hoc/ planned in the roadmap).
7. Prepare SyTRA (Syrian Telecommunications Regulatory Authority) correspondences related to Data requests in coordination with concerned parties.
8. Prepare initial marketing plan for each approved data marketing products /offers including communication Plan, marketing discourses and activation plan.
9. Prepare “marketing briefs” document including the advertisement campaign, launching date, suggested media plan, advertising messages and literature for each new project.
10. Follow up and ensure the readiness of the commercial launching with all concerned parties to be finalized on time.
11. Inform all concerned parties with the details of each new project related to data products /offers (description, launching date ….) and conduct awareness if needed.
12. Develop competitive customer experiences through reviewing and improving all interactive channels.
13. Monitor the performance of assigned product/offer related to data and ensure achieving the targets and suggest the necessary actions or enhancements and prepare result report to management.
14. Monitor the competitor new products, tariffs, offers, and activities, study their impacts and come up with initial appropriate competitive solutions.
15. Suggest the needed surveys for data products & offers and analyze results received from Research and Geo Marketing Unit to come up with the necessary actions.
16. Update tariff list of products and services when needed and follow up its publishing on website, press, and distribution in POSs (if needed).
17. Handle and analyze the implementation of ongoing loyalty & retention marketing programs related to data products or offers, and monitor the churn rate and work to minimize it as possible in cooperation with all concerned parties.
18. Communicate with MIS/Technical Departments to solve customers' complaints and inquiries received by Service Desk Support Section effectively and timely, with providing proper solution.
19. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
20. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
21. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business Administration is required.
2. Experience: 1-2 Years CS/Marketing Experience is required, preferably in Telecom.
3. Professional Certification: NA
