Responsibilities
Distributor work under the overall supervision of the Field Operation Manager in carrying out registration and distribution activities that is basically about using best efforts to distribute the kits to beneficiaries within the territory.
- Register the families within the targeted areas
- Maintain and submit all distribution registers and reports
- Prepare the project location.
- Responsible to distribute the kits in the selected locations.
- Check and collect beneficiary information.
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
- Any other duties requested

Qualifications
- High School or Intermediate Institute of related field is required
- Preferably previous experience with INGOs
- Previous Experience in distribution activities in shelters/open communities
- Good knowledge and using of MS programs.
- Dynamic and flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and work under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work in team
- Attention to detail
- Confidentiality
- Experience in working with a humanitarian organization
- Excellent verbal communication skills
