1. Welcome Diet center clients by greeting them as per Aura standards andConduct small orientation to all Diet center new customers regarding Aura culture, services, products and branches
2. Create a customer database and ensure continuous updating it
3. Answer clients’ inquiries and ask for support from other departments when needed
4. Organize and follow up the appointments of Dietitian clients in coordination with Dietitian and update the database accordingly
5.Receive Diet center clients’ orders and requests and circulate them immediately to the concerned section
6. Coordinate for the delivery orders upon customer requests with the outsource companies to ensure timely and effective delivery service to the clients
7.Receive complaints and suggestions from clients and transferred from other departments, register them and send to Supervisor
8. Participate in conducting the customer satisfaction survey as per the related procedure
9. Encourage Aura customers to explore new products and services, start using them in order and to enable the customers.
10. Follow up with Aura clients after receiving Aura services to ensure their satisfaction and follow up their notes and suggestions.
