• Ensure the accuracy of sales accounts and ensure compliance with sales policies before entering them on the finance system.
• Ensure the compliance of all dealers’ conciliations, banks’ conciliations, sister companies’ conciliations and suppliers’ conciliations.
• Review the sales incentive calculations as per the set criteria, get approvals and send to HR to proceed in payroll process.
• Review the results of conducted stock-take activities on sales representative products, asset, inventory items and cash and ensure the closure of all resulted variances.
• Check and approve the payments vouchers orders before issuance as per the payment procedure.
• Ensure effective monitoring and implementation of payment process.
• Run the monthly and yearly closing and ensure the accurate handling of financial closing elements.
• Create and update accounting tree on a regular basis.
• Initiate the draft of financial risk analysis.
• Ensure effective registering, handling, tracking, depreciation, stock-taking, disposing and keeping records for fixed and intangible assets.
• Monitor and ensure effective implementation of petty cash procedures.
• Ensure effective handling of tax related issues accurately.
• Monitor and ensure effectively handling of healthy cash flow.
• Ensure that all financial transactions are complied with the internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Prepare work reports as requested from the Finance Head.
