Responsibilities
1. Answer customers’ & dealers calls and follow up with concerned parties in an effective way that fulfill their inquiries.
2. Register, handle and follow up customers’ complaints timely and in an effective way with all departments until closure.
3. Receive maintenance requests and follow up with Maintenance Section until solving the maintenance requests timely & effectively
4. Check the received devices from customers and provide their notes to Maintenance Section
5. Check the repaired devices after finishing maintenance process to ensure the customer satisfaction in this approach.
6. Call customers after buying Samatel devices or repairing their devices to ensure customer satisfaction in this approach.


Qualifications
Technical Institute.
Presentable.
Excellent communication and negotiations skills.
One year experience is recommended
