1. Monitor the lifecycle and movement information of all IT assets in terms of accountability identification, location, maintenance, and analyze data using IT Assets Management tools.
2. Contribute to the development and optimization of IT Asset management tools & inventory management processes and procedures.
3. Reconcile IT assets database with fixed-assets and inventory databases.
4. Track and control hardware and software configuration management issues using specified systems.
5. Participate effectively in asset disposal agreements and disposal of aged IT assets in coordination with involved parties.
6. Prepare and submit accurate reports to HOS on a monthly basis and when required
7. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
8. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
9. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
