Responsibilities
•Monitor system's performance and availability and analyze history reports through Network Management system, and immediately respond to any alarm.
•Research for solution and new technology to improve system administration tasks performance and response.
•Monitor security and performance logs (servers, storage, etc.)
•Prepare progress reporting and other statistical reports.
•Manage IT Storage systems, and support all IT in all related issues.
•Operate the backup system for all system including backup or restore operations
•Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualization
•Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers
•Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems, configuration and resolution
•Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved.

Qualifications
•Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences/Information Technology Engineering or equivalent.
•knowledge of developing enterprise web applications.
•Experience in systems and networking software, hardware, and networking.
•2years of database, system administration, or network administration experience.
•Knowledge of relational database design, ability to write SQL queries.
•Fluent in English & Arabic Languages.
