- Train, supervise, monitor and mentor Case Managers in the mobile teams to ensure case management program and services are align with IMC standards and procedures.
- Ensure that service mapping and referral system are always updated
- Follow up on referrals.
- Follow up on case load of each case manager.
- Support case managers with more difficult cases.
- Support field visits and assessments.
- Planning, preparation and arrangement for MH-Gap training and Case Management GBV- CP training.
- Responsible for collecting, checking, reviewing and submitting monthly, quarterly reports of Case Management program
- Conduct needed orientation related to Case Management grogram to new IMC CM staff.
- Conduct regular monitoring field visit.
- Donor reporting for case management in mobile teams activities.
- Provide needed technical support and feedback to IMC Case Management staff.
- Responsible for documenting and reporting about any Case Management training, on-the job-training and coaching sessions.
- Conduct training on PSS and Protection topics as per IMC training material, Responsible for conducting training on child MHPSS and protection as per IMC training material.
- Other related assignment.
