Under the supervision of the Organization, the Camp Management Facilitator will be performing the following duties:
• Assist in coordination of activities between camp management, camp administration and other partners in the camp.
• Under the Organization supervision, coordinate the monthly distribution assistance with all stakeholders.
• Liaise with camp management and camp administration on issues related to new arrivals and departures.
• Assist in facilitation of needs assessments and information sharing between implementing partners in the camp.
• Monitor and report on the quality of services delivered by partners and sector gaps.
• Oversee the identification activities in the camp and support the camp management teams.
• Build good relationships with all actors present in the camp to facilitate networking and information gathering that could enhance the humanitarian assistance provided.
• Produce regular reports and analysis for Organization camp focal point.
• Perform other tasks as required by Organization.

Qualification:
University degree in a field related to the scope of work
Work Experience:
• At least four years of progressively responsible relevant work experience in Camp / programme management and monitoring. Experience in collecting and compiling quantitative and qualitative data is an asset.
• Experience in leading a team and in coordination of different actors
• Experience working in a humanitarian context is an asset (UN or NGO programmes/projects)
• Relevant technical experience related to scope of work
•Fluency in Arabic, and preferably good knowledge of written and oral English.

• Good computer skills, including experience with various software applications, with more focus on computer skills linked to the scope of required work.
