Under the supervision of the Organization, the Supply Chain Facilitator will be performing the following tasks:
• Logistics coordination, arrangements and follow for up/timely clearance at check points with the authorities on the ground to facilitate smooth movement of CRIs or any other until destination
• Support the distribution partners in organizing the distribution point warehouses, reporting on any excess stocks, damages or short landings
• Monitor in bound trucks movements through Tabqa / Menbij cross points, submit daily reports and daily liaison with ORGANIZATION focal point
• Act as link between ORGANIZATION focal point and local authority to follow up all facilitation letter requests through the government and report provide feedback on arising issues
• From time to time conduct assets verification and physical count, prepare update reports with pictures and GPS coordinates
• Facilitate partners’ procurement monitoring and reporting on the request to ORGANIZATION focal point
• Provide regular weekly and daily progress reports on daily truck movement from Qamishli to the distribution warehouse points, project implementation and verify infrastructure projects progress
• Participate in the physical count of CRIs in Qamishli warehouse and prepare the necessary stock and bin cards information as requested.
• Perform other tasks as required by ORGANIZATION.

• University degree in a field related to the scope of work.
Work Experience:
• At least two years of progressively responsible relevant work experience in Supply/Logistic.
• Experience in leading a team and in coordination of different actors
• Experience working in a humanitarian context is an asset (UN or NGO programmes/projects)
LANGUAGES
• Fluency in Arabic, and basic English language skills.
• University degree in a field related to the scope of work.
Work Experience:
