Responsibilities
1. Monitor Network purchasing payment activities, supplier’s financial reports and price proposals, and analyze their trends and behaviors, identify saving opportunities in order to recommend the best purchasing decisions.
2. Keep records for related information in projects CR’s (change requests) / ongoing modifications and provide analysis of changes impact on purchasing process/costs.
3. Develop and perform models of costs and contractual analysis in support of all Procurement, continuously monitor and benchmark best industry practices in order to develop new sourcing specifications and evaluation techniques.
4. Advise Procurement management with achievement data vs objective for accuracy of results.
5. Analyze the master Annual Purchasing Plan based on the departmental budgets in coordination with the requesting depts.
6. Suggest short and long-term purchasing strategies to ensure quality and continuity of supply while minimizing total cost.
7. Research and evaluate new and existing suppliers through methods such as supplier visitations/profile inspections/surveys by other external parties, in addition to participate in supplier performance measurements.
8. Advise management of market conditions & risks and supplier base activity to reduce any unexpected impact.
9. Generate reports to match the on-hand stock against the ongoing orders to participate in procurement of non-replenishment items and submit result to HOU
10. Check PR-Back office assigned reports as requested by HOU.
11. Participate in evaluating organization’s procurement process in order to ensure smart spending of resources
12. Analyze the departments’ equipment consumption and initiate forecast of future needs.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor degree in Economics/Statistics is required
2. Experience: 2 Years’ experience in procurement is required
3. Professional Certification: CSCA / SPSM is a plus
