Responsibilities
1. Coordinate with Mobile team in order to obtain an in-depth understanding of the systems and their requirements.
2. Conduct technical feasibility study including evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements and proposed solutions.
3. Determine software development environments including all needed technologies and hardware specifications.
4. Translate software requirements prepared by Mobile System Analyst into system design including all proposed solutions and using all advanced and user-friendly clarification approaches such as flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, etc...
5. Research "off-the-shelf" system's components to see whether they would be more suitable than building a new ones.
6. Participate in building code and customize mobile applications according to system analysis and design documents and assure its compliance with Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
7. Provide technical support to Mobile Development Specialists to help them in building the system structure and effectively translate the designing into final system.
8. Coordinate with MIS Testing team in preparing integration test cases and make sure that systems meet quality and security standards.
9. Support Technical Writer- Mobile & Web Applications to effectively prepare system's documentation.
10. Provide Technical feedback by analyzing the potential impact of any change request and take the necessary measures that ensure rolling back application change.
11. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
12. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
13. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor Degree in Information Technology Engineering (Software / Artificial Intelligence) or equivalent is required.
2. Experience: 2 Years of Software Development are required.
3. Professional Certification: Java SE Programmer /Java EE Application Developer ( Latest two versions)/Associate Android Developer Certifications are plus
