Responsibilities
1. Arrange and conduct one-to-one meetings with the targeted employees to obtain, discuss their ideas and suggestion and encourage them providing new innovation ideas.
2. Participate in the conduction of collective meetings with a group of targeted employees who have the ability to innovate, and obtain their ideas and suggestions.
3. Cordially acknowledge receipt of suggestions from concerned stakeholders and keep them informed with the status of the suggestion.
4. Categorize and organize received ideas and suggestions from stakeholders and maintain proper records to enable tracking inputs and readily retrieve records.
5. Conduct preliminary assessment of the new suggestions in coordination with concerned stakeholders and send results to Innovation Ideas Specialist.
6. Gather feedback from concerned stakeholders regarding the benefits and detriments of the valid ideas and report to Innovation Ideas Specialist.
7. Follow up the progress of the valid suggestions till the completion phase.
8. Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
9. Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.

1. Education: Diploma
2. Experience: 1 Year of Marketing & Sales / Customer Service / Technical / MIS experience in Telecom is required.
