Responsibilities
- Preparation of documentation and processing all local canvas;
- Prepare all documentation and vouchers related to the workers and personnel within the project;
- Updating of payment program under Project Managers guidance;
- Assist Project Manager in preparation of invoices and associated documentation for payments;
- Organization and maintenance of the financial records management for the project
– maintaining files for all financial documents and correspondence, and for all transactions and reports, ensuring that copies of all vouchers for the financial transactions are filed orderly and have all required supporting documents attached, in order to support internal and external reviews and audits;
- Preparation of regular financial reports for the project including interim and final financial reports ; and analyses on spending against project budget;

Specific Vacancy Requirements
- Secondary Education with specialized certification in Accounting and Finance. University Degree in Business or Public Administration would be desirable, but it is not a requirement
- 4 to 5 years of progressively responsible finance experience is required at the national or international level. Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc) and advance knowledge of spreadsheet and database packages, experience in handling of web based management systems
- good English drafting skills
- Arabic and English mandatory.
- Preferably resident of Project Area
