Responsibilities
M&E is responsible for regular collection and analysis of information to track the progress of project implementation against pre-set targets and objectives and achievement of objectives to assist timely decision-making and provide the basis for evaluation.
- Monitoring:
• Collect information about the project activities;
• Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output;
• Identify significant deviations from plans;
• Assist in corrective decision-making;
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions;
• Suggest for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project by identifying bottlenecks in completing project activities;
• Provide feedback to the Project Manager and UNDP office on activities;
• Provide inputs, information and statistics for monthly progress and final reports to UNDP office;
• Perform other duties as required

Qualifications
• University Degree preferably in Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Excellent analytical skills.

Specific Vacancy Requirements
• Has experience in Monitoring and Evaluation at least 1 Year.
• Preferably from the Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) team previously trained by UNDP
