1.Be knowledgeable in the minimum standards of protection within humanitarian work.
2.Be trained in the basic principles of CP, PSS, and GBV.
3.Know the minimum concept and tools for case management.
4.The ability to act as the coordinating supervisor to manage the program.
5. The ability to follow-up on planning, implementation and supervision.
6. Participate in planning the project’s progress in various programs,
7.The ability to monitor good service quality.
8.Ensure close cooperation and wide coordination with case managers (CP, PSS, GBV).
9.Provide narrative analytical and quantitative reports.
10.The ability to assess and analyze needs
11.Coordinate with program officials and other service providers to ensure multi-sectoral and comprehensive plans.
12.Participate in relevant trainings and attend meetings upon request.

1.Holds a university degree in sociology or psychology, or equivalent.
2.A minimum experience of 3 years in protection in humanitarian work.
3.Work experience in NGOs and humanitarian agencies.
4.Good computer skills.
5.Good level in English (writing, speaking).
