Responsibilities
1.Perform daily and weekly backup as per backup procedure, and ensure that backup logs are accurate and updated.
2.Monitor system's performance and availability and analyze history reports through Management system, and immediately respond to any alarm.
3.Deploy system patches and security updates.
4Provide third level support to users as per Help desk escalation procedures.
5.Document systems configuration and maintain logs for maintenance action.
6.Test and evaluate new products as per requested.
7.Create, modify and delete accounts.
8.Research for solution and new technology to improve system administration tasks performance and response.
9.Troubleshoot, and resolve or correct systems problems.
10.Install, configure and implement new systems according to plans and procedures.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
2.RHCT, RHCE.
3.Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in companies with IT department.
4.Manage Linux Operating System. (File Server, Mail System, web, DNS).
5.Backup Solution.
6.Monitoring tools.
7 Ability to communicate technically with other team members
