Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to the project team to oversee the timely and compliant implementation of their interventions:
Identification of technical challenges and potential solutions.
Develop the capacities/knowledge of the team.
Carry out field visits on ongoing interventions.
Provide Technical monthly reports.
- Provide technical support to develop strategies that can address current Humanitarian needs:
Provide necessary technical inputs to develop new intervention strategies and amend existing ones.
- Support the team to evaluate above-mentioned intervention strategies plan:
Identification of future sectors for interventions.

Qualifications
- University degree in Civil Engineer, Architect, Construction related sciences.
- Minimum 5 years previous experience in WASH, Shelter and Infrastructure in the humanitarian and emergency response sector.
- Proven experience in coordination and teamwork.
- Organization knowledge:Desirable.
- Experience in drafting Bill of Quantities technical design and calculations.
- Experience in project management, especially in international contexts and working with institutional donor funding.
- Languages: English advanced. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
- IT systems: MS Office very strong command. Very advanced level of Excel. Computer design (CAD) software or similar to create 2D and 3D drawings.
