Responsibilities
- Identify and clarify the scope, objectives and work of the project
- Conduct monitoring, follow-up and evaluation activities for all project activities
- The preparation of the Department's weekly and florist reports
- Check planned moves and coordinate all parts and components of the project
- Monitor the quality and effectiveness of your work
- Maintain and archive all project information and documentation
- Absolve the circuit by any shortening or problems that occur while working
- Resolve irregularities and disputes that may occur during the course of the work
- Accompany the survey team during field visits, surveys and assessment of the situation on the ground
- Supervise the implementation of the workers according to the prepared time plan
- Identify challenges and difficulties, discuss them with the Principality and find solutions to them
- Evaluate the project and results after the work is done
- Conduct regular visits to the workplace after completion to assess its long-term effects
- Perform all the required by the circuit

Qualifications
- Experience in analyzing results.
- General knowledge of evaluation systems and standards.
- Experience working on the computer and its applications (Office)
- Able to work on a team and carry work pressure
- Communication skills and speaking bouquets
- Skill in reporting
- Good knowledge of English
- The principles of feminism
