Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the project administrator to find out what is required for the workflow
- Preparation of purchase orders and materials drawers according to the required technical specifications
- Receive and archive financial offers from suppliers
- Supervise the resolution of financial presentations and the processing of records
- Cancel the vendor to contract to purchase the required materials
- Coordinate with the Procurement Officer and the Logistics Officer to start the vendor procurement process
- Supervise the process of ladders, delivery, review of lists and compare required specifications to the introduction
- Overrun any errors by the supplier
- Stop material stair if it does not meet the required specification
- Invoice the supplier and give the issued order approval after the stair in time
- Coordination with Al-Dari and supervision of staff attendance and absence schedules
- Prepare monthly employee salary scales
- Project budget oversight

Qualifications
- Experience with computer usage and applications (Office)
- Mastering accounting software
- Full knowledge of budgeting and the ability to act wisely
- Have high standards of integrity and business ethics
- You have a skill in organizing sheets, payroll, and exchange orders
- Able to work within a team and carry the work pressure and reporting is mandatory
- Good knowledge of English
